To confirm your booking at the guesthouse Le Mora , you will have to pay a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount of your booking, either by bank transfer, by French bank cheque or by our secure booking service by providing your bank details (Visa or Mastercard).

The balance of your booking is due by 1 week before the beginning of your stay .
You can pay the balance by credit card via our secure booking service, by French bank cheque or by bank transfer.
For Le Mora Cottage, a deposit of 600 euros is due at your arrival by the latest and will be returned to you at the end of your stay in the absence of damage.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be notified either by letter or by e-mail addressed to the owner and acknowledged by her at least 7 days before the beginning of your stay.In such case, the deposit will be reimbursed using the same payment method than the one used at the time of the deposit payment.
Cancellation before the beginning of the stay
If the cancellation is notified less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains the property of the owner.
If the customer fails to appear by 8pm on his expected day of arrival, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of her guest rooms and cottage.
The deposit remains acquired to the owner.
Early departure
The price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely acquired to the owner.
ARRIVAL
Le Mora welcomes you in its guest rooms and in Le Mora Cottage from 4pm to 8pm. In case of late arrival, the guest must inform the owner by phone or by e-mail.

The renting period of Le Mora Cottage is from Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday 11am.
There a large free parking close to the house. In summer during the day, it may be difficult to find a parking space.
Bicycles can be stored on the terrace in front of the house for the night.
Breakfast is included in the overnight rate of the guestrooms. Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.30am in the dining area on the ground floor.
DEPARTURE
On the day of your departure, the guest rooms have to be vacated by noon at the latest.
Le Mora Cottage must be vacated by 11am.
